RacingLine had the privilege of supporting our client in reuniting a team of 300 guests, from all over the UK, all together in one place. This was the first time since Covid that the full team had been together, so the aim was to make the day fun, interactive and provide interesting and relevant addresses from keynote speakers.
RacingLine worked closely with our client in sourcing and securing a suitable venue, keynote speakers and a full program of entertainment for the daytime elements.
To end the informative and motivational day, guests enjoyed a festival themed evening, sampling the delicious street food stations, playing games, dancing to live music and really getting into the party spirit of all being together as one team. Transfers and overnight accommodation for 300 was also booked and managed by RacingLine. Feedback from guests and client post event was excellent.
