EV Experience.
RacingLine are managing a full programme of EV experiences for a client offering an amazing opportunity to their customers; a full programme of EV test drives brought conveniently to their place of work.
RacingLine have provided end to end support for the delivery of these events, including liaising with the venue, organising test drive vehicles, planning and designing road routes, onsite team, checking all guests' driving licence and DVLA endorsements, sanitising vehicles prior to each and every drive and event branding, uniform and merchandise.
To ensure that test drive slots were accessible and to maximise utilisation, RacingLine have developed a bespoke online booking system. This web solution is multi-device compatible and features additional functionality such as capturing alternative delegate information if slots for a particular vehicle were all fully-booked. In addition, the functionality to send a reminder email 24 hours before the event to all registered delegates reminds guests of the event details and their chosen vehicle/timeslot, means that no shows are kept to a minimum.
On the event management side, a dashboard has been created that allows event admins to add/modify vehicle types as well as manage session timings and capacities. Full and instant reporting is available at any time and delegate check-in a further feature added for easy on-site management.
The test drives to date have been overwhelmingly popular, with all available test drive slots booked prior to the live event day and feedback back from guests has been 100% positive. Guests have been so impressed that EV orders were taken on the day!
