AUDI Q8 e-tron LAUNCH.
Having worked alongside Audi to deliver many recent vehicle launches, RacingLine were particularly honoured to create and deliver the prestigious Launch Event for the flagship electric vehicle in the Audi range – the new Audi Q8 e-tron.
RacingLine’s responsibilities included overseeing the event management in its entirety from proposing a stunning and sustainable venue, full guest management, venue management, delivering an on-site EV charging solution, providing our onsite event team, carefully designing appropriate road routes including interesting, brand-appropriate driver changeover locations and classy event branding.
Set up day included vehicle deliveries and positioning a vehicle inside the venue. Over the course of three live event days, all dynamic vehicles and one static were kept immaculately clean, and all vehicles charged overnight ready for the following live day.
