Q4 e-tron LAUNCH.
An electrifying pre-sales event for what has to be two of the most exciting vehicles that Audi has launched in recent times - the Audi Q4 e-tron and Audi e-tron GT.
Racingline were delighted to respond to a brief from Audi for this very special launch event, it was a chance to really get the creative juices flowing and design an event fitting the new direction of the brand.
RacingLine's responsibilities were all encompassing, overseeing the event management in its entirety from sourcing the beautiful and sustainable venue, proposing and delivering EV charging solutions, providing onsite event teams, designing road routes including driver changeover locations, event branding and uniform and so much more to include all the finer detail.
Full guest management including use of a guest management system with online booking functionality was designed and managed by the RacingLine team, providing real time reporting for the client to ensure maximum attendance and full transparency.
RacingLine partnered with our friends at Shelton Fleming to transform the event space into an immersive Audi experience, giving our guests a once in a lifetime insight into how these beautifully designed vehicles came into being and then the chance to drive the vehicles in the beautiful English countryside. Audi Storytellers brought the design journey to life by relating the design process to their own very personal life experiences.
Working with chef Tom Aikens, the menus and food experience created a halo for the whole event, providing a truly memorable day for all the Audi guests over three days.
